It is time to vote in Miss Black America!! The Miss Black America beauty contest is a competition for young African-American women. We gather at this time to advocate for the black woman, giving them the opportunity to compete for a positive cause! Show your support to DMV very own Leslie Jennings-Maldonado, she is a community leader and education activist, fighting for our kids literacy one book at a time with her popular campaign, We Luv Books, a movement against illiteracy.
